1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 555hh. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, and shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances. When creating your account, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information, and to keep that information updated at all times.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 555hh support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Response times are within 24 hours, and account security measures will be applied promptly.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage. 555hh employs monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns, and violations will result in permanent account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

555hh may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may include submitting a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal privileges. This process protects all players and helps maintain the integrity of the 555hh platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

555hh supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally trusted payment methods. All transactions are processed using SSL-encrypted channels to protect your financial data. 555hh does not charge platform-side transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, maximum per single transaction ৳50,000.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing time 1-3 business hours.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500. This same-method policy helps prevent money laundering and protects all players.
• All withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved requests are paid out within 1-3 business hours for mobile banking methods and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• 555hh reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests delayed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

555hh offers a range of promotional bonuses, including a welcome bonus for new players, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events like BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is claimed.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. A bonus may only be used by the account holder it was issued to.
• 555hh reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including revoking bonus funds from accounts where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered fraud.

Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) stated in the offer, and any winnings from free spins are subject to the stated rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games on 555hh — including cricket betting markets, slots, live casino tables, and crash games — are governed by the rules published within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing bets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555hh platform:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, whether in poker-style games, sports betting, or any other format.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors — if a technical error causes abnormal game behavior or incorrect odds, any related winnings are void and must be returned.
• Match-fixing or manipulation — any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game through outside interference, bribery, or insider information. Such conduct will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceiling at any time. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; raising a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the account is inaccessible and no bets may be placed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555hh platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 555hh or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any 555hh content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of 555hh intellectual property may result in legal action. The 555hh brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks and may not be used in any commercial context without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555hh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized third-party access to your account. 555hh provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 555hh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Your continued use of the 555hh platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
